Nate Gersten

Nate Gersten is a Washington, DC native and hospitality executive with experience spanning luxury hotel operations, portfolio oversight, and asset management. He currently oversees operations at Ridgewells Catering, the leading catering and hospitality company in the Washington region, where he focuses on organizational excellence, talent development, and long-term sustainability.

Nate began his career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, supporting flagship properties and major hotel openings across North America, before contributing to the launch of the triple-five-star Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito. He later transitioned into the investment and advisory side of the hospitality industry with LA-based PRG Investment & Management, supporting operational strategy and portfolio performance across a growing hotel platform, and continues today as an advisor to the firm’s hospitality arm, Common Thread Hotels.

He is actively involved with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), Washington Jesuit Academy, and Junior Achievement of Greater Washington. His interests center on helping recent college graduates discover meaningful career paths, advancing sustainability and waste reduction within hospitality, and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

Nate lives in Bethesda with his fiancée and their two dogs.
