Madeline de Quillacq

Madeline de Quillacq is a recent graduate of The George Washington University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and Economics. During her time at GW, she was actively involved with the Institute for International Economic Policy, served as a teaching assistant in the Economics Department, and held a leadership role in GW Women in Economics. She also spent a year abroad at Sciences Po Paris.
After graduation, Madeline taught English in Spain and South Korea. Most recently, she worked as a Program Associate with a USAID contractor, supporting education initiatives in low- and middle-income countries.
Madeline is passionate about inclusive development, global education, and leveraging economic policy for social impact. She thrives in multicultural environments and enjoys traveling, language learning, and exploring how policy shapes everyday lives.
