Michaela Stones is an Institute Associate at the Sustainability Research Institute. She recently graduated from NYU with a B.A. in public policy, where she wrote her senior thesis on utilizing renewable energy development to improve energy and economic sovereignty in the Navajo Nation. She has also held several internships in the climate and environment sector in policy, advocacy, and consulting.
